In large bowl: 4 tbsp. shortening 6 tbsp. sugar 1 c. powdered milk 3 tbsp. yeast 7 c. very warm to hot water

Stir and let set about 5 minutes. Then add 14 to 15 cups flour. Turn out on floured counter and knead until smooth. (You may need to add a little more flour.) Wash, dry and grease bowl. Return dough to bowl and let raise until double (1 to 2 hours). Form into 6 to 8 loaves or 6 to 8 dozen rolls. Place in greased pans and let raise another hour or so. Brush tops with butter when baked. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes for bread or 20 minutes for rolls.
