1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
3 c. med. noodles, uncooked
1 sm. can mushrooms
3 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder, if desired
1 c. sour cream
Parmesan cheese

Lightly brown ground beef, then add onions and cook until tender but not brown. Place browned beef and sauteed onions in long glass pan (lasagna size). Place uncooked noodles and mushrooms over combinations.

Set aside. Combine tomato juice, salt, celery salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and sour cream. Pour over noodle-ground beef mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and let brown for a few minutes.
