FOOLISH PIE 
Crust:

3 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Whip egg whites to peaks, add sugar and vinegar. Mix. Pour into 9-inch pie pan. Bake in 350°F oven for about 1 hour.

Filling and Topping:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple
Chopped nuts
Whipped topping
Cherries

Drain pineapple. Mix with chopped nuts. Place over pie crust. Top with whipped topping and cherries. Chill before serving.
