3 egg whites
Pinch of salt
1 jar marshmallow creme

Here is a meringue recipe which is so easy you want to substitute it whenever you need a soft meringue. Simply beat 3 egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peak. Then add a jar of marshmallow creme and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Since the marshmallow creme provides all the sweetness necessary, there is no need for tedious addition of sugar spoonful by spoonful as is often specified in meringue recipes.
