BEEF STROGANOFF | |
3/4 lb. top round steak, cut into strips 8 oz. low fat yogurt 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/3 c. water 1 tbsp. tomato paste 2 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules 1 c. sliced mushrooms 1/2 c. sliced green onion 1 clove minced garlic 8 oz. pkg. wide noodles Cooking spray In small bowl, combine yogurt and cornstarch. Stir in water, tomato paste and bouillon. Set aside. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Quickly brown beef strips and remove from skillet. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic to skillet. Cook and stir until onion is tender. Add meat. Add yogurt mixture. Stir and cook until thick and bubbly. Cook 2 minutes more. Serve over hot noodles. Melts in your mouth! |
