SUMI SALAD 
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 pkg. slivered almonds
2 pkgs. Ramen oriental noodles, broken
Brown noodles
8 green onions, finely sliced
1 head cabbage (med. size), grated

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
7 tbsp. rice vinegar - increase or decrease to taste

Shred cabbage, put in a large bowl. Slice onions, add to cabbage, set aside. Heat oil and toast seeds, almonds and noodles and add to cabbage mixture. Mix well. Blend dressing well - beat 1 minute. Pour over salad. Chill for several hours. Keeps several days.
