FLYING FARMER CHICKEN SALAD 
5 c. cooked chicken in chunks
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 1/2 c. sm. green grapes
13 1/2 oz. pineapple tidbits
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 c. toasted almonds
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Drain pineapple and oranges. Combine chicken, salad oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt. Let stand, while preparing other ingredients or refrigerate overnight. Gently toss all ingredients together. Chill and serve. Serves about 10-12 people.
