1 c. butter 2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled, quartered & smashed 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. flour 2/3 c. water 1 tbsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. Tabasco Chicken Melt butter. Saute garlic on low heat. Blend in flour. Add all remaining ingredients. Grill chicken. Baste barbequed chicken 4-5 times while cooking. Leftover sauce may be refrigerated and used again. |
