CINNAMON-RAISIN NOODLE-KUGEL | |
1 pkg. curly egg noodles (or any other shape you choose) Boil in lightly salted water until "dente" -- about 5 minutes. Drain noodles. Combine in greased pot: 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. cinnamon (or, to taste) 1/2 to 1 cube butter Mix gently, but thoroughly. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot. |
