ARGENTINE MILANESA
 

2 lb. eye of the round (sliced thin)
4 eggs
Flour
Flavored bread crumbs
Parsley
Grated Parmesan cheese
Oregano
Salt pork (optional)

Mix eggs with parsley, grated Parmesan cheese and oregano.

Put sliced meat in flour, both sides (first step).

Put into the egg mix and cover it well (second step).

Take out of egg mix and cover the meat with cream crumbs (third step).

Fry it with plenty of vegetable oil (last step) and serve warm.
