DIP: 1 c. sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. chopped capers 3 tbsp. chopped chives 1 tbsp. fresh dill 1 minced garlic clove 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tbsp. lemon juice VEGETABLES: Cucumber spears Carrot sticks Green pepper slices Celery sticks Radishes Cauliflowerets Combine all ingredients for dip, and blend well. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours. Arrange fresh vegetables on platter and serve with dip. |
