1/2 c. butter 2 eggs 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate 3/4 c. all-purpose flour Sweetener equivalent to 1 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. chopped nuts Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sweetener. Add melted chocolate and beat until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and nuts. Beat until smooth. Pour into a greased and floured pan. Bake for 30 minutes. 1/2 bread and 2 fat exchanges. Hint: Ingredients to be cooked should be at room temperature unless otherwise stated. |
