3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg white, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. pecans

Beat egg whites. Add vanilla and brown sugar. Coat pecans well. Spread evenly on buttered cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 250 degrees. Let stand in oven to cool. Break apart and store in jar.
