Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush muffin pan lightly with Land O' Lakes Butter with Olive Oil.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine egg, milk and Land O' Lakes Butter with Olive Oil in another bowl.
Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients. Stir until moistened.
Fold 1 cup blueberries into muffin batter.
Spoon into prepared muffin pan.
Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove form pans immediately. Split muffins before serving while still hot and spread each with Land O' Lakes Butter with Olive Oil.
Makes 1 dozen muffins.
