CHEESY COCKTAIL RYE BREAD 
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean or Bob Evans sausage, mild
1/2 tsp. oregano
Pinch black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. cocktail rye bread (sm. squares)

Fry sausage, drain well. Add all ingredients except cheese. Continue to cook on low heat while slowly adding small cubes of cheese. Cook and stir until smooth. Spread on cocktail rye squares and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
