PRESS-IN PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk

This is for a single pie crust. Mix all the ingredients together in the pie pan you plan on using. Mix until it forms a dough, then press it around the sides and the bottom. Flute the top edge. Prick sides and bottom. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
