1 1/2 c. sugar 1 qt. water 1 1/2 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice Bring sugar and water to a boiling in saucepan. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Stir until sugar dissolved. Cool. Stir in lemon juice. Cover and chill. To serve: Mix equal portions of concentrate and water. Serve over ice. Yield: 11 cups delicious lemonade. |
