3 or 4 lb. chuck roast
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can water
2 cans mushroom soup
1 med. onion
4 tbsp. steak sauce
1 sm. can mushrooms
Salt and pepper
Dash of Accent

Place roast in large frying pan or pot. Add all ingredients and cover. Cook slowly for 2 or 3 hours. Makes delicious gravy.
