1 whole egg
3 egg yolks
4 tbsp. whipping cream
4 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cardamon
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix well. Roll out like pie crust. Cut diamond shape. Cut a slice in middle, pull end through. Fry in Crisco, quite hot (like doughnuts). A little more flour can be added.
