HONEY - GARLIC PORK CHOPS 
4 pork center loin chops, 1 1/4-1 1/2" thick
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. dry sherry

Combine last 5 ingredients as a marinade and pour over chops in heavy plastic bag and seal. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Remove chops and reserve marinade. Broil 5 inches from heat source for 12-15 minutes turning once. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade. Be careful not to overcook!
