CREAM OF MUSHROOM MEATLOAF
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup (light or fat free cream of mushroom doesn't work well)

McCormick's steak seasoning can be used instead of salt and pepper. Mix everything except cream of mushroom in a large mixing bowl.

Transfer to a baking pan and add cream of mushroom (condensed, don't add water or milk) to the top of the meatloaf. Poke some holes to let the cream of mushroom soak in, and bake for 1 hour at 375°F.

Very easy and super tasty, a good alternative to grandma's meatloaf that the kids will actually like!

This was a hit for my picky non-meatloaf eaters! I made it with ground turkey instead of the beef, because it's all I had. They all loved it. There is nothing left! I think this maybe a weekly dinner!!! Yumm. Thank you for posting!

My husband is not a fan of meatloaf. He will eat it only because I like it. I wanted to find something that we would both like and this is it. There were not any left overs for the next day. We devoured this meatloaf. It will definatly be a part of our family recipes. Thank you so much.

I have had some meatloafs that were ok to me, but I was searching for that meatloaf that will still my taste and this one did it. Even my husband who is not much of a meatloaf person enjoyed it very much. I just tried it today, and it is definitely a keeper.

I don't add the ketchup. I mix the soup right in with everything else. I also add bread crumbs or cut up bread. The other thing that makes this extra delicious is a lot of basil.

I usually make the ole ketchup meatloaf. I realized I was almost out of ketchup and decided to try something different...... My husband has raved about this meatloaf since I made it last week! I only used a little garlic powder, and I think it needed the soup mixed in also...This is a keeper for us! Thank you!

Simular review as many, my family was not big meatloaf fans but everyone enjoyed this simple to make dinner!!! The 1st time making it, I cooked for the hour it calls for but it was way dry. Tonight I checked the loaf at 30 minutes and it was perfect!! can't wait to tweak it a little!!!

I have made meatloaf with cream of mushroom soup before but the ketchup and mustard made this unbelievably good. It was great hot and even better cold on a sandwich. Delicious.

VERY good and simple. I added 1/2 cup of bread crumbs though, and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, instead of 1 tablespoon of the ketchup. :) I plan to make this over and over again. Great change of taste instead of the usual ketchup.
