2 1/2 c. mixture of whole wheat & unbleached white flour 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 c. melted butter 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. oatmeal 1 c. coconut 1 c. chocolate chips Mix well, form into cookies (they won't melt down) and bake at 350 degrees 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool before taking from pan. |
