1 lg. green bell pepper 2 green jalapeno peppers 1 lg. green chili peppers 1 lg. onion 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 3-4 fresh tomatoes, chopped 12 oz. water 1 tsp. salt 1-2 tsp. chili powder, to taste 2 cloves garlic Finely chopped green and jalapeno peppers; put in stainless steel pot. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and water. Bring to boil; simmer 5 minutes. Add garlic, salt, chili powder to taste. Take off heat. Add chopped tomatoes. Cool and serve. |
