1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 (3 oz.) box Jello (any flavor) 1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese (sm. curd) 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained Put cottage cheese in a bowl and sprinkle the dry Jello over it and blend. Fold in thawed Cool Whip. Then add drained crushed pineapple and mix. Pour into desired Jello mold or pan and chill at least 3 hours before serving. (Best if chilled overnight.) |
