1 box Ritz crackers
1 sm. jar peanut butter
1 pkg. chocolate coating (follow pkg. directions for melting)

Put a small amount of peanut butter between 2 Ritz crackers. Dip sandwich in chocolate. Let set on wax paper. To quicken hardening, place in freezer for a few minutes.
