SAUTEED SPINACH
 

3 lg. cloves garlic, diced
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. spinach, cleaned & trimmed
1/4 tsp. salt
Pinch pepper
1-2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Slowly cook garlic in oil until golden. Add salt and pepper; then add spinach. Cook spinach on medium high until tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; stir and serve.
