2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. water-milk

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms of 12 muffin cups. Mix ingredients. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill muffins 2/3 full. Bake until golden brown, 15 minutes. 12 muffins.
