4 eggs 3 tbsp. sugar 2 c. flour 4 tsp. baking powder 2 pinches salt 2 c. Ricotta cheese 1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs. Add Ricotta and vanilla. Mix in gently remaining ingredients. Batter will be sticky. Heat 3-4 inches of corn oil in deep pot to 375 degrees. Drop dough by teaspoonful into corn oil. They will turn over by themselves when one side is done but should be watched. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar. |
