Dissolve yeast and sugar in luke warm water. Sift flour and add salt, oil, yogurt and yeast mixture. Add milk and water, and knead it well.
Make a dough and leave it to rise for 30 minutes. Punch down the dough and divide into 4 balls. Roll out each ball into flat discs.
Prick with a fork and brush with milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in oven over 400 F degrees (200 degrees celsius) for 15 minutes.
Serve immediately.
