2 lbs. ground turkey 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 medium red onion, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 medium bell pepper, chopped 1 cup old fashioned oats 1 can mild Rotel tomatoes, diced 1 lg. jar marinara sauce 1 tablespoon sea salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper Mix together all ingredients except for 1/2 jar of marinara sauce.
