HOMEMADE SWEETENED CONDENSED
MILK
 
3 tbsp. melted butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. instant nonfat milk (powdered)
1/3 c. boiling water
Pinch of salt

Put into blender and process until smooth. This makes the same amount as the canned and it can be used in any recipe calling for sweetened condensed milk. Keeps several weeks in refrigerator.
