1 round steak, approximately 1 1/2-3 lbs.
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 can mushroom soup or 1 can mushrooms
1 c. water or tomato juice
1/2 tsp. steak sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped

Cook 4-5 hours or overnight in crockpot. This is good over mashed potatoes or rice.
