2 salmon steaks, 1 inch thick
1/4 c. Marsala wine
2 tsp. tarragon
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. whipping cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 leaves fresh basil, chopped
2 tbsp. fennel seed
4 green onions, chopped
Sm. bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
Favorite pasta - enough for 4

Heat olive oil in large pan. Put water on to boil for pasta (salt and oil pasta water). Saute garlic, onion and bell pepper for one minute. Add marsala, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in fennel, tarragon, whipping cream and fresh basil. Place salmon steaks on top of mixture spooning some of the mixture on top of them. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes. Cook pasta.
