1 lb. cooked med. shrimp
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 to 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder

Cut peeled shrimp into small pieces. About 2 to 3 pieces per shrimp. Set aside. Melt butter in a small pot. Remove pot from heat, add flour, salt, and 1 teaspoon curry powder. Mix together. Return to heat and slowly stir in milk. Cook until thickened. At this point, add more curry powder if you like it more peppery. Stir in the shrimp and allow to heat. Serve over rice. Serves 2 to 4.
