1 turkey breast
1 qt. water
1 onion, quartered
1 stick butter, melted
1 stalk celery, cut into lg. pieces
1 apple, quartered

Wash turkey well. Pour water in roasting pan with dome lid. Place turkey in pan, breast-side up. Add celery, onion and apple. pour melted butter on top of turkey. Cover with lid and wrap entire pan with heavy duty aluminum foil. Bake at 475 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off oven but do not open oven door. Leave in oven overnight.

Take out of oven about 2 hours before meal. Typically, put turkey in around 10 p.m. and the turkey is ready to eat at noon the next day. Take turkey of pan and slice. Oh, so juicy!
