1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 3/4 c. milk
2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding (any flavor)

Mix flour, butter (melted), chopped pecans and water. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes; cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip and spread over crust. Mix 2 small packages instant pudding with 2 3/4 cup milk. Spread over cheese mixture. Spread remainder of Cool Whip on top and garnish with nuts.
