1 c. 3-minute brand quick oats
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. tomato paste
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. celery seed
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef


1/2 c. tomato paste
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper

In large bowl combine oats, eggs, tomato paste, milk, onion, Worcestershire sauce, celery seed and onion salt. Add beef and mix well. Pat mixture into 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. In small bowl, combine all ingredients for sauce.

Pour over meatloaf. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes. Serves 8.
