1 1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. coarse pepper
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. dry parsley
1 crushed garlic clove

For marinade, combine and mix well all ingredients. Marinade beef (sirloin, round steak or rump roast). (Cut into bite sized chunks). Makes 3 1/2 cups, enough for about seven pounds of meat. Place on skewers with chunks of tomatoes, green peppers and onions. Grill until beef is of desired doneness.
