1 can salmon (red or pink)
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. horseradish
Dash garlic salt
Few drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
3 tbsp. chopped parsley

Drain and clean salmon (remove skin and fatty parts). Mix salmon with cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Line bowl with plastic wrap. Put mixture in bowl and refrigerate overnight.

Prepare to serve: Roll into log and roll in chopped nuts and parsley.
