1 c. cold milk
1 pkg. Jello instant pudding
3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip
20 chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos) crushed
1/2 c. Rocks (granola chunks, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chopped peanuts or a combination)
1 graham cracker pie crust
Pour milk in medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk until well blended 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Stir 1 cup cookies and the "rocks" into pudding mixture. Spoon into pie crust. Sprinkle with remaining cookies. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Garnish with gum drop flowers if desired.
