2 oz. Big Buck Jerky Cure
1/2 c. soya sauce
1 tsp. garlic juice
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce (or more)
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce (or more)
1 tsp. onion juice or powder
Pepper well before putting in oven

Thaw meat. Mix the above into meat. Mix again every few hours for the next 18 to 24 hours. Then roll out in pan and mark off in one inch strips and put in oven for 4 to 5 hours or until it suits your taste. Check often the last hour for dryness.
