SUNSHINE SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 (6 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 (6 oz.) box instant lemon pudding
1 (16 oz.) can drained fruit cocktail
1 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
1 sm. can mandarin oranges

Combine thawed Cool Whip, both puddings and blend until smooth. Add fruit cocktail, crushed pineapple juice and all, stir lightly. Add pecans, hold 1/4 cup for garnish. Add remaining ingredients, stir lightly. Pour all in long glass bowl or round glass bowl. Garnish with pecans, cherries, coconut. Chill at least 2 hours. Serves 8 to 12. If salad appears dry, add all juices.
