1 lb. butter
6 c. flour
6 egg yolks
1 can evaporated milk or 1 pt. cream
2 yeast cakes
1 tsp. salt

Blend butter and flour as for pie crust, add salt. Combine beaten eggs and milk in separate bowl. Crumble yeast cakes in 2 teaspoons of sugar. Add the yeast to the eggs and milk mixture then add all this to the flour. Blend with hands, chill for 3 hours. Roll out and fill with favorite filling. Bake at 375 degrees 10 to 15 minutes. When cool, roll in confectioners sugar.
