BELTLINE BAR NACHOS | |
1 lg. jar mild taco sauce 1 can refried beans 1 lb. ground beef 1 pkg. dry taco mix 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese 2 c. med. Cheddar cheese 1 can black olives, sliced 1 bag Tostada chips Chopped tomatoes Chopped onions Guacamole Sour cream Extra sauce Using oven proof plates or individual platters, cook and serve Nachos in these to save doing extra dishes and to keep food warm. Brown meat and add dry taco mix, prepare according to package directions. Add can of refried beans and mix well. Put a layer of crisp tostada chips on plate. Top with meat mixture, 2 cheeses and black olives. Pour mild taco sauce over outer edges and cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and dish hot. Serve with side dishes of tomatoes, onions, guacamole, sour cream and extra sauce. Serves 4. |
