JULIENNE POTATOES | |
12 med. potatoes 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese 1 c. whipping cream Cook unpeeled potatoes until tender, but firm. Cool, peel and grate. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover bottom with half of potatoes, half of seasonings and half of cheese. Repeat. Pour whipping cream over top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
