CHEESECAKE DIP 
3 oz. light Philadelphia Brand Neufchatel cheese, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. low-fat milk
2 c. thawed Cool Whip Lite Topping
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cheese, sugar, and milk until well blended and smooth. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla.

Serve with assorted fruits, cookies or cake cubes.

Makes 2 cups. Approximately 6 calories per teaspoon.
