ALMOND SWEDISH RUSKS | |
1 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. ground almonds 1/2 c. sour cream 3 c. flour Put everything in mixing bowl and mix well. Make 2 long, wide rolls and place on cookie sheet. Bake about 45 minutes at 300 degrees. When light brown, remove from oven and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Place slices side by side flat on 2 cookie sheets and bake at 300 degrees until light brown and crisp (about 30 minutes). |
