RAISIN-WALNUT STUFFING 
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. butter
2 c. seedless raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 pkg. seasoned stuffing mix for 12-15 lb. turkey

Cook onion and celery in butter until soft but not browned. Combine with raisins, walnuts, salt and stuffing mix. Add water or broth as package directs. Mix lightly until well blended. Makes enough stuffing for a 12-15 pound turkey.
