FRIED RAVIOLI 
1 lg. egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. seasoned fine bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 (13 oz.) pkg. frozen lg. cheese ravioli, thawed
3 tbsp. olive oil

Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip each ravioli in egg, then in crumb mixture to coat well on both sides. In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil; add ravioli; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden.
