2 cups sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 cup peanut butter
Put sugar and milk in pan and bring to a boil. Boil two and a half minutes. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir just until mixed well.
Pour into greased pan (the smaller the pan, the thicker the fudge will be). Cool and cut.

This recipe is really great... But I did a bit of twinkering to it, hope you don't mind.. I doubled the milk (I used coconut for flavour) and after adding the peanut butter and essence I returned it to a lower heat and left most of the moisture to boil out (keep stirring or it gets clammy). It should start bubbling. It should also look gooey and drip really thickly from the spoon (which should be wooden unless you enjoy being burnt). When its thick enough, take it off and pour it into a greased pan and wait till it's cool.... melts in your mouth.. Yummy :)
